Halloween 2010

This is all I can remember for now. She can understand way more than she is saying. My favorite is when she identifies body parts She can locate everything for the head, shoulders, knees, and toes song. She is just not into talking that much. I'm sure some day I'll be regretting saying I wish she would say more. :)

Surgery

Lyla got ear tubes today. She did great, and the dr. says she will feel much better now. It was harder on Dan and I than it was her. Putting her in a tiny hospital gown broke our hearts. We were a nervous wreck the whole time, but it was over and done before we knew it. She is up and running around at the house now. I'm just glad she is back to her normal self:)

Happy 4th of July!

Here are some pictures from Saturday night at Clarksville's firework show. Lyla liked the fireworks so much we decided to take her to the Nashville show too! She got a little sleepy, but she hung in there.

We had a great time with Robin and her family.

Peyton is such a great helper. She kept Lyla entertained for the 3 hours we waited in Nashville before the big show.
